How to Use a Hot Tub to Relieve Stress and Anxiety

For ideal results while trying to release stress in a hot tub, it’s important to get into the right mindset and prepare your space. Hot tubs can work great to help eliminate anxiety even if you just get into your tub right after work, but the real magic ends up revealing itself when you actually take the time to set the controller at the right heat level, adjust your jets, set some mood lighting and begin playing your favorite songs.

First, make sure you can soak comfortably for somewhere between half an hour and an hour. Next, adjust the intensity of the jets and the temperature, then allow for a little time so that the water can reach the desired temperature level.

Set up a playlist of relaxing tunes while you prepare any bath salts or essential oils to further improve the mood. You can also use a floating, waterproof Bluetooth speaker to keep your music close as you soak, and set the mood lighting. While using underwater LED lights can be great, further enhancing the mood with natural lighting can also be a great way to soothe your eyes, if you’ve been working too much at the computer.

A scented candle or two will do for that purpose, and once you’ve made sure the candles are on a firm and fireproof surface right next to your hot tub, you can just sit back in the hot tub and relax yourself completely.  Find ways to relax with your own hot tub at https://windriverspas.com/.
